Hemispheres International Buffet

Hemispheres is our casual main dining room, offering indoor and outdoor dining. Here, you’ll enjoy colourful Caribbean decor, island music and a breezy relaxed atmosphere shaded by palm trees.

Breakfast selections range from fresh fruit and granola to pancakes and made-to-order omelettes. Hemispheres' lunch menu features homemade soups, salads and sandwiches as well as selections from the grill.

Every evening's menu is a theme inspired by a world cuisine and you’ll enjoy selections like Roast Veal Clod served with Rosemary Sauce carved at the buffet, Baked Red Snapper with Tamarind Honey Glaze, and Stuffed Chicken Breast with Pineapple and Coconut served with Lime Cream Sauce. The weekly Caribbean Buffet will give you the opportunity to sample such traditional local fare as Pepperpot with Johnny Cakes and Fungi.

Hemispheres is centrally located in the resort, convenient in its close proximity to Reception, the beach, and evening entertainment.

Continental Breakfast: 10:00 - 11:00 am
Lunch: 12:00 - 2:00 pm
Dinner: 6:30 - 10:00 pm
